As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated to 88 degrees. Please note that during cold nights/days, the water may not be able to reach 88 degrees. Pool floats and toys are available for guest use and located in the pool area. There is an additional charge of $30 for use of the outdoor BBQ grill, which goes to the cleaners and the purchase of propane.

The home shares one wall with an adjoining unit and offers full access to the property, except for three locked supply closets.
