As a courtesy, free of charge, the pool is heated during the winter months up to 75 degrees (Oct-April). Please let us know if you would like the pool heated above 75 degrees, (at an additional cost of $20/day, $125/wk, $400/month) during the winter months (Oct-April). *Also please note that during cold nights/days, the water may not be able to reach 85 degrees. Pool floats and toys are available for guest use and are located in the shed of the pool area.

The Utopia is located within the gated Bella Vida Resort, just 12 miles from Disney World. Guests will access the townhouse using a keypad with a unique code, which is active only during their reservation. Once inside, you will have full access to the property, except for three locked supply closets. There is one shared wall with the adjoining townhome.
